If a product cannot be found, there is a high chance it has something to do with your feed. Problems such as missing price or wrong price often has to do with your feed not being updated.
Look up a product in your feed

Go to Feed Sources in the left-hand menu of the editor.  
- 
Check the number of products imported and indexed. - 
If 0 products are indexed, the import has failed. 
 → Contact support via chat or at support@aviou.io.

If products are indexed, click Inspect Data. - 
Use the search bar to look up products by ProductID, Brand, etc. 
 
- 
🔄 Manually update the feed
- 
If you can't find the product: - 
Click the edit (pencil) icon on the feed. 
- 
Under Edit Feed, click Cache at next interval (top of screen). 
 
- 
- 
AVIOU will reprocess the feed — this may take up to 5 minutes.  
✅ Check product data (price and brand)
- 
Find the product in the feed and click it. 
- 
On the right, see product details including price and brand. - 
A grey icon in the field means the info is pulled from the feed. 
- 
You can manually overwrite this data if needed. 
 
- 
⚠️ If the price is wrong
- 
First, try a manual feed update (see above). 
- 
If that doesn’t fix it, check whether the correct data exists in the original feed source — the issue is often due to missing or outdated feed content.
