I can't find my products in Publisher

If a product cannot be found, there is a high chance it has something to do with your feed. Problems such as missing price or wrong price often has to do with your feed not being updated.

If you want to look up a product in your feed. Go to feed sources in the menu to the left in the editor.

Here you can see how many products are imported and indexed in your feed. If "0" products are indexed, there is something wrong with the import. Try reaching our support either in chat or by e-mailing us at support@aviou.io.

If products are indexed, you can see all imported data by clicking "Inspect Data" on the feed.

Here you can see all indexed products, and also use the search engine to find what you are searching for. You can use all elements from the feed: ProductID, Brand etc.

Manually update feed

If you still can't find the product, try to update the feed manually, by clicking edit button (the pencil). Under "Edit feed", click on the "Cache at next interval" button in the top of the screen.

It can take up to 5 minutes to look through the feed. AVIOU will look at all the data available in the feed.

If you want to check if a product price is correct, simply locate the product and click on it. The item data will appear in the menu on the right. Two boxes will appear containing price and brand.

The small grey icon inside the box means that the product info has been downloaded directly from the feed. This box has an overwrite function, so if you need to manually change the price, you can do it in this box.

If the price is not correct, you can also manually do an update, to see if this solves the issue.

Note:

If a manual feed update does not solve the issue, we often experience this is because the feed itself is not properly updated. Try to look into the feed data to find out if the data is missing here.

Hopefully you found this helpful.
