I can't find my products in Publisher

If a product cannot be found, there is a high chance it has something to do with your feed. Problems such as missing price or wrong price often has to do with your feed not being updated.

Look up a product in your feed

  1. Go to Feed Sources in the left-hand menu of the editor.

  2. Check the number of products imported and indexed.

    • If 0 products are indexed, the import has failed.
      → Contact support via chat or at support@aviou.io.

  3. If products are indexed, click Inspect Data.

    • Use the search bar to look up products by ProductID, Brand, etc.


🔄 Manually update the feed

  1. If you can't find the product:

    • Click the edit (pencil) icon on the feed.

    • Under Edit Feed, click Cache at next interval (top of screen).

  2. AVIOU will reprocess the feed — this may take up to 5 minutes.


✅ Check product data (price and brand)

  1. Find the product in the feed and click it.

  2. On the right, see product details including price and brand.

    • A grey icon in the field means the info is pulled from the feed.

    • You can manually overwrite this data if needed.


⚠️ If the price is wrong

  • First, try a manual feed update (see above).

  • If that doesn’t fix it, check whether the correct data exists in the original feed source — the issue is often due to missing or outdated feed content.
