# I can't find my products in Publisher

## If a product cannot be found, there is a high chance it has something to do with your feed. Problems such as missing price or wrong price often has to do with your feed not being updated.

#### Look up a product in your feed

1. **Go to** **Feed Sources** in the left-hand menu of the editor.

2. Check the number of products **imported** and **indexed**.
   
     - If **0 products** are indexed, the import has failed.  
       → Contact support via chat or at **support@aviou.io**.
3. If products are indexed, click **Inspect Data**.
   
     - Use the search bar to look up products by **ProductID**, **Brand**, etc.

#### 🔄 Manually update the feed

1. If you can't find the product:
   
     - Click the **edit (pencil)** icon on the feed.
     - Under **Edit Feed**, click **Cache at next interval** (top of screen).
2. AVIOU will reprocess the feed — this may take up to **5 minutes**.

#### ✅ Check product data (price and brand)

1. Find the product in the feed and **click it**.
2. On the right, see product details including **price** and **brand**.
   
     - A **grey icon** in the field means the info is pulled from the feed.
     - You can **manually overwrite** this data if needed.

#### ⚠️ If the price is wrong

- First, try a **manual feed update** (see above).
- If that doesn’t fix it, check whether the correct data exists in the **original feed source** — the issue is often due to missing or outdated feed content.
