Create a PDF-Based Publication
There are two types of publications in Publisher:

Live Editor Publication (based on feed data)
-
PDF Publication (flipbook format)
This guide covers how to create a PDF Publication.
📥 Step 1: Upload Your PDF

Go to the Publications module.

Click Upload PDF.
📝 Step 2: Fill Out the Form
General Options:

Title → Shown in the app.
-
Publication start/expiration → When it appears/disappears in the app.

Offer start/expiration → When the offers are valid.
PDF:

Click Upload PDF and choose your file (drag’n’drop or browse).

By default, the first page is used as preview.
→ To change it, upload a new image in the Preview file section.
📂 Step 3: Check Publishing Path

Make sure the publishing path has a green checkmark.

If not:

A publication with the same name already exists.

Change the path until you see ✅.

💾 Step 4: Save & Process

Click Save and edit.

This starts PDF processing.

A spinner will appear in the PDF section while it's working.
🔍 Step 5: Review & Publish

Use the arrow buttons to preview the pages.
-
When everything looks good, click Publish to send it to the app.
