# Creating your first AVIOU publication

## Follow this small guide and create your first publication.

 

### 📘 Creating Your First AVIOU Publication

Follow these steps to get started with your first interactive catalogue.

#### 1. ➕ Add a New Publication

- Go to the **“Publications”** menu in AVIOU
- Click **`+ ADD NEW PUBLICATION`**

#### 2. 📝 Fill in the Setup Form

### Required Fields:

- **Title** – Name of your catalogue
- **Feed** – Select the correct product feed (e.g. Summer/Winter collection)
- **Theme** – Choose a default or custom visual layout
- **Expiration Date** – When the catalogue stops syncing from the feed
  
  > 💡 Tip: Set a future date if it shouldn’t expire

### Publishing Settings:

- Choose your **destination** (AVIOU-hosted or embed on your website)

#### 3. ✅ Finalize

- Click **“Add New Publication”** to create your catalogue

#### 4. 🧭 Find and Manage It

- Return to the **Publications** menu
- Use the ⬇️ **down-arrow** next to your publication for actions:
  
    - **Edit** (enter Editor mode)
    - **Duplicate**, **Delete**, or **Adjust settings**

#### 5. ✏️ Start Editing

- Click **“Edit”** to enter **Editor Mode**
- Begin designing and customizing your interactive catalogue
